When appropriate, mindfulness and meditation practices are merged with counseling strategies to help assist the client.
Mindfulness therapy brings an awareness to the thoughts circulating in our mind and helps us to connect those thoughts to our behaviors, feelings and actions. Our mind and body are connected, in order to heal one we must also tend to and treat the other. Inspiring Wellness values a whole body holistic approach to counseling.
